Phillip H. Palmer, ChFC
Financial Advisor
The heartland is my home. Born and raised in the Wichita, KS area, my family and I has lived in Tulsa since 1978. My dad was a World War II navy veteran who spent 34 years working as an electrical engineer for Boeing. My parents also owned and operated two restaurants in our home town. That’s where I learned the value of integrity, patriotism, hard work and entrepreneurship.
After graduating from college, I served as a Christian Church pastor for several years. My college sweetheart and I have been married for 46 years. We have two fabulous children and two incredible grandkids. In 1986 I began my career in financial planning here in Tulsa. I hold insurance licenses and have passed the Series 4, 6, 7, 22, 24, 53, 63, 65, and 79 examinations. I also hold the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designation from The American College. I was privileged to serve on the FINRA District 5 Committee from 2008 to 2011.
I enjoy aviation, auto racing, the shooting sports, the Oklahoma Sooners and the St. Louis Cardinals. My favorite activity is playing with the grandkids. I teach a men’s Bible class at church, work with the Oklahoma 2nd Amendment Association, and am a member of the Society of Financial Service Professionals.
I work with my clients to formulate their goals and objectives, and to manage their expectations. Together we develop and implement plans and strategies that are reasonable, workable and sustainable. My areas of focus include retirement income planning, wealth management and estate planning.
